Once your Shopify integration is connected, Omeda automatically ingests order and product data, making it available for querying, segmentation, and customer-level exploration. Whether you're building targeted audiences based on purchase behavior or reviewing individual customer profiles, this documentation will show you how to make the most of your Shopify data across Omeda’s platform. Let’s walk through how to access and use Shopify order and customer data within Omeda’s Audience Builder and Audience Search tools.
Audience Builder: New Query Fields
A new Shopify folder has been added to the Field Library in Audience Builder, giving users access to additional ecommerce data points. This folder includes two options: Orders and Products/SKUs, each containing a variety of new fields that can be used to build more precise and relevant audience queries.
Note: If the folder hasn’t already been added to your Field Library, add it via the Configure Audience Builder action under the Admin drop down.
