The Saved Rows feature can be used in the Odyssey Email Element Designer to create and store pre-configured content for easy reuse across multiple email designs. Instead of rebuilding the same layout for each voyage, you can quickly insert a Saved Row containing all of its original content and styling.
Saving a Row
After you’ve designed a row in the Designer tab of the Email element, you can save it for future use:
Hover over the desired row and click on the Save icon.
In the Save Row dialog, enter a Name for your row (e.g., “Hero Section” or “Footer with Social Links”).
If you decide not to keep the row, click Cancel to exit without saving.
When you’re ready, click Save.
Browsing & Searching Saved Rows
Once you’ve saved rows:
Row Tab: In the Designer’s Row tab, switch to the Saved Rows section to see your stored content.
Search Field: Type a partial or full name to quickly locate your saved row.
Row Listings: Each saved row entry includes its name. Clicking or dragging the row inserts it directly into your email design.
Inserting a Saved Row
Inserting a saved row is as easy as dragging or clicking:
From the Designer tab, go to Rows and locate your saved row.
Drag it onto the canvas or click to insert it where you’d like it to appear.
The saved row’s content and settings remain intact, just as when you originally saved it.
Any text, images, or styling in that row will populate automatically, allowing you to make small edits as needed.
Tips & Best Practices
Use Descriptive Names: Give rows a name that clearly indicates its purpose (e.g., “Newsletter Header,” “Promo Hero,” “Footer with Socials”).
Avoid Duplicates: Check for an existing name before saving.
Available Account-Wide: Your saved rows can be accessed in any voyage or email you edit under the same Omeda account.
Cancel if Unsure: If you decide you don’t need a row, click Cancel to exit without saving.
Rename & Delete:Coming Soon!
With Saved Rows, you can streamline your email creation process by building a library of reusable content blocks—making it faster and easier to maintain brand consistency across all your voyages.
