Introducing Your New Client Support Virtual Assistant

We are excited to introduce our innovative AI-powered client support assistant, designed to enhance your customer experience and streamline your support. The assistant brings a new level of efficiency, accuracy, and personalization to every interaction, ensuring you receive the best possible assistance, quickly and seamlessly.

  • 24/7 Availability: The virtual assistant is always ready to assist, offering round-the-clock support, ensuring no query goes unanswered, no matter the time.

  • Instant Responses: With real-time processing, our assistant can respond to inquiries instantly, allowing you to query the knowledge base in real time.

  • Personalized Assistance: The assistant can remember user preferences and offer tailored solutions to your specific needs.

  • Seamless Handover to Human Agents: If our virtual assistant can't resolve an issue, you will still be able to submit a ticket to our client support team for help.

We are confident that this assistant will significantly enhance our client support capabilities, offering a seamless blend of automation and human expertise.  To minimize any interference with the current UI, it will be in the same location as our feedback tool, which can still be used to provide feedback on the application itself.

Other Updates

Classic UI for Integrations no longer available

The new UI for Integrations will now be the default view accessible from the navigation menu, regardless of a user's toggle setting for "Try the New UI." All users will directly access the enhanced, updated interfaces, without needing to manually enable the new UI toggle. Users will still have control over the toggle to access the classic versions of Audience Builder.

Omeda Academy Added to the Help Center

Users can now access the Omeda Academy via the Help Center, found in the top menu bar under the 'Resources' section.

General bug fixes with content not being displayed properly in deployment Heat Map.

Multi-Selection for Email Clicked Rule Type  

Users can now select multiple deployment types within a single rule condition. The deployment types dropdown allows users to choose multiple values, with an OR/AND operator located below the dropdown fields to customize the logic between selected deployment types.

Multi-Selection for Web Page Visit Rule

Users can now select multiple web pages within a single rule condition. The web pages dropdown allows users to choose multiple values, with an OR/AND operator located below the dropdown fields to customize the logic between selected web pages.

Resubmit Message Types

Users can now resubmit previously rejected SMS message types from the UI.
