Triggered Responses in SMS

We've introduced a new way to streamline SMS engagement by allowing automated replies to audience responses. This update enables simple conversational flows—like delivering resources—without additional tooling. Users with the new "Triggered Responses" permission will see a checkbox in the Summary pleat; when enabled, it reveals the new "Response Trigger" section where you can define a keyword and the follow-up message content. Matching is case-insensitive, and responses are sent only once per recipient.

Lead Scoring

CredSpark Interaction Submit Lead Scoring Rule

We’re expanding our lead scoring capabilities with the CredSpark Interaction Submit Lead Scoring Rule, bringing the same power and flexibility you know from the Form Builder Submit Lead Scoring Rule to your CredSpark forms.

This new rule type allows you to select any CredSpark form directly from the Interaction Submit tab in the Rule creation modal and set conditions for scoring, such as:

  • How many times the form was submitted.

  • Whether it was submitted on a specific day or within a timeframe.

  • Assign points to leads based on these interactions.

With this rule, you can:

  • Reward leads who engage more frequently with your CredSpark forms.

  • Fine-tune scoring to reflect both quantity and timeliness of submissions.

  • Better prioritize follow-up for highly engaged leads.

Form Builder

Integration Log

The Integration Log is the new command center for tracking and troubleshooting integration activity that empowers users to troubleshoot integration issues faster and validate the data flow between Omeda and third-party apps.
The Integration Log provides full visibility into all backend and webhook integration posts, so you can:

  • See which posts were successful and which encountered errors.

  • Understand why an error happened provided by the response returned from the third-party application.

  • Identify the origin of submissions with the form it was submitted from and the customer details such as email and customer ID (if applicable).

How to Access: Navigate to the Log tab → Integration Log tab in Form Builder to start exploring. You’ll see a chronological list of integration events, each with a detailed view for deeper insights.

Audience Builder

Issue Builder's Preview Rules: New Columns for Class & Active Version

To improve efficiency and clarity in the Issue Builder, we’ve updated the Preview Rules modal by adding two new columns: "Class" and "Active Version". These columns clearly show the selected destination for records affected by a saved rule, making it easy to see exactly where those records will be moved when the Issue Build is executed.

New Installment Fields in Outputs

To support the new installment fields introduced in the last release, Number of Installments Paid and Next Installment Date are now available for output in Audience Builder. These fields are located under the Paid Subscriptions category. As with other Paid Subscriptions fields, users must select a paid product before these fields can be included in the output.

Create Audiences Based on Subscription Logs

A new Subscription Logs field is now available in Audience Builder, making it easier to identify audience members based on specific subscription events—such as changes to auto-renewal status, shipping address updates, or fulfillment sends.
This field includes flexible filtering options for date, product, and activity type:

  • Date: Choose a specific date, a date range, or relative dates/date ranges.

  • Product: Select one or more products to target.

  • Activity Type: Filter by one or more subscription activities.

Each filter can be used on its own or combined with others for precise audience targeting.
