Omeda Shopify Integration

We've been approved! 🎉

Introducing the Omeda - Shopify Integration! A powerful new feature that brings your Shopify order, product, and customer data directly into Omeda. With this integration, users can seamlessly import and store Shopify data within the Omeda platform, making it easier than ever to centralize and activate ecommerce insights. You’ll be able to query this data, leverage it for targeting and personalization, and explore SKU-level details through our new, intuitive SKU UI.

CredSpark Interaction Submit Element in Odyssey

Tightening our integration with CredSpark even more, we’ve introduced the Interaction Submit element to Odyssey, giving voyage creators new flexibility in how audience journeys progress based on CredSpark form activity.
This element allows you to build logic that advances audience members depending on whether they submit a CredSpark interaction, unlocking more personalized, behavior-based journeys.
Two Progression Conditions Available:

On Submit
Audience members advance immediately after submitting the interaction. This condition requires setting an End Date, which determines when submissions stop being monitored for progression.

No Filter (Delayed Condition)
Audience members progress after a defined Wait time, regardless of whether they submitted the interaction. This condition allows for flexible timing while still incorporating engagement data.

This update makes it easier to tailor journeys based on form participation which is perfect for lead capture, assessments, or qualifying flows.

Audience Search

New in Audience Search: AI-Powered Engagement and Affinity Insights

Organizations using Omeda’s AI-Powered Content Tagging can now access detailed content preferences for individual audience members directly in Audience Search.

This update enables sales, marketing, and support teams to go beyond aggregate engagement metrics and view the specific topics and themes that resonate most with each person—unlocking personalized conversations and more targeted outreach.

For both Web and Email content, you can now drill into the top five tags per category where an individual shows High Engagement or High Affinity. Categories include tone, context, customer journey stage, product/service focus, and IAB taxonomy, among others.

Audience Builder

Smart Filter Added to Address Fields for Improved Searchability

To make searching for values faster and more intuitive, we introduced a smart filter within several Address fields. This feature lets users begin typing to instantly narrow down the list of selectable options based on their input. The smart filter is now available for the following fields: Region, Region Code, Country, Geographic Region, BPA Region, and BPA Country.

Data Loader

Improved Data Loader Queue UI

We’ve enhanced the Data Loader Queue interface to give you deeper insight into your file uploads and processing activity.
Previously, the queue simply listed which files were waiting in the queue. Now, you’ll see detailed status information for each file, including:
Upload or processing status
Date and time the file began uploading or processing Percentage complete
With this update, you’ll have a much clearer understanding of where your files are in the queue and what’s happening at each stage, making it easier to monitor progress and troubleshoot if needed.

Improved Visibility for Unmapped Rows in Data Loader

To help prevent important data from slipping through the cracks, we’ve made unmapped rows in the Data Loader much more noticeable.
What’s new:

  • A warning icon now appears next to any unmapped rows.

  • All unmapped rows are automatically sorted to the bottom of the list for easier review and action.

This update makes it easier to catch and map new values coming in via webhooks, so nothing gets missed during setup or updates.
