Release Highlights

Email Builder

Advanced Click Bot Suppression

We’ve added a new setting under Email Builder > Tools > Ignored IPs that allows clients to enable enhanced click bot suppression based on data center IP activity. When toggled ON, clicks identified as originating from data centers will be excluded from click metrics. These clicks will still appear in the Click Bot Detail Report with:

  • Reason Code: 11

  • Fake Trigger Value: Data Center: [Provider Name]

  • is_real: 0 (if toggle is ON), 1 (if OFF)

The setting is OFF by default for all clients. Click suppression is not retroactive, but flagged clicks will be marked in the Click Bot Detail report so clients can still audit historical activity.

Other Updates

Email Builder

Ignored IP Addresses File Upload

We've added the ability to upload a file of IPs to the Ignored IPs page. Clients can now bulk upload IP addresses to be excluded from click reporting using a new file upload tool in the Ignored IPs page (Email Builder > Tools > Ignored IPs). Supported file types are .csv and .txt, and files must include a header labeled IP, IP Address, or IP Addresses. Any valid IPs in the file will be added to the client’s Ignored IP list upon upload.

Deployment Delivery Report Update – New "Opened by Bot, Not Clicked" Row

In the Other Response Categories section of the Deployment Delivery report, a new row labeled "Opened by Bot, Not Clicked" has been added. This row highlights email opens attributed to Apple proxy servers where the recipient did not click any links in the email. While these opens will still count toward the overall Open metric, this breakout provides added transparency into bot-generated activity and helps report readers better interpret true engagement.

Form Builder

New Form Elements: Active Magazine & Newsletter Subscription Lists

We’ve introduced two new form elements designed to elevate the subscriber experience and streamline form management:

  • Active Magazine Subscription List

  • Active Newsletter Subscription List

These elements display a customer’s active subscriptions directly within a lookup-enabled form, allowing users to easily view and manage their subscriptions-including updating shipping addresses, changing billing details, or canceling subscriptions.

Lead Scoring

"Any Form", "Any Email", "Use All Matches" Options Re-added to Lead Scoring

We’ve reintroduced the following options for enhanced rule flexibility:

  • Any Forms for the Form Submit rule

  • Any Email for the Email Clicked and Email Opened rules

  • Use All Matches for the Web Page Visit rule

These options function similarly to a Select All option. However, they go a step further by automatically including any new responses added to the dropdown, eliminating the need for users to manually update the rule.

Enhanced Date Picker for Lead Scoring Rules

Lead Scoring date fields now feature an open-text date picker for rule types Behaviors, Web Page Visit, and Form Submit. This replaces the previous integer-based format, which limited rule creation to "last X days" logic. Users can now easily set specific or relative dates and ranges for more precise targeting.
