Data Loader Introduction

Data Loader allows users to load contact data into their Omeda database.  The loaded data then becomes a selectable segment in Audience Builder.

Some current use cases for Data Loader are:

• Mailing Address updates for a specific product such as a magazine or newsletter (Customer ID or Postal ID would be required)

• Email Address updates for a specific product such as a magazine or newsletter (Customer ID or Postal ID would be required)

• Outside Prospects lists you can then target with marketing campaigns to drive product registration or opt-ins using Odyssey or Personalization (as examples).

• Add/Update Newsletter or Controlled Magazine Product subscriptions

• Update behaviors on customer accounts
