Release Highlights

Form Builder

Social Login

New Feature Alert! 🎉
Introducing Form Builder’s new Social Login feature that gives your audience an easier way to register and log in by using an account they already have, such as Google or Facebook, instead of requiring them to manually enter information and create a password. Because users don’t have to go through a traditional signup flow, Social Login helps reduce drop-off during registration and improves conversion rates, especially on mobile devices where typing and form completion can be a barrier. It also creates a more seamless authentication experience, while still ensuring users are securely validated through the provider.

In Form Builder, Social Login is configured through Content and then added to forms as a content block that displays a Social Login button.

Database Settings

Tags

New Feature Alert! 🎉
The new Tagging feature allows you to organize and enrich data by applying tags to key assets, including products, demographics, deployment types, message types, and behaviors. Users can define each tag by brand, market, or other custom groupings in Database Settings. As customers engage with your organization through subscriptions, opt-ins, or behaviors, the tags associated with those assets automatically surface on the customer record in Audience Search, providing clearer visibility into customer engagement without manual effort. This creates a more consistent and scalable way to understand your audience today, while laying the groundwork for what’s next!
Coming soon - you’ll be able to query using Audience Builder and target customers based on their tag associations for more precise and effective audience segmentation.

Other Updates

Database Settings

Introduced Self Service Behavior Products in Manage Database

Previously, only Omeda users were able to create Behavior Products (formerly known as Event Products), which added an extra step for external users when setting up their behaviors. With this update, users can now create, view, and edit Behavior Products directly within Manage Database under the Behavior section’s Behavior Products tab. This change removes that dependency and allows users to complete the full process, including all necessary steps, directly within Manage Database.

CDP

Traffic Exclusions for Web Tracking

We’ve added Traffic Exclusions to website tracking, giving you more control over the data that appears in your analytics. You can now prevent unwanted or non-human traffic, such as bots, crawlers, or internal activity, from being tracked and reported. This feature will help maintain data integrity by reducing noise and ensuring your web tracking reports better reflect real user behavior.

A new Traffic Exclusions tab is now available in the CDP → Olytics interface. From this tab, you can create and manage rules to exclude traffic based on:

  • IP addresses or IP ranges

  • Organizations (derived from the visitor’s IP address, not customer records)

  • Countries (derived from the visitor’s IP address, not customer records)

Once an exclusion rule is added, tracking events from those sources are fully blocked at the tracking level, meaning they will not be logged or appear in any web tracking reports.

Note: Traffic exclusions do not block access to your website; they only control whether visits are included in tracking and analytics

SMS

Business Verification Update

To align with upcoming industry requirements, we’re updating the process for requesting SMS numbers. A new field for your EIN in the business profile section of Message Types will now be required, along with Business Type & Registration Country.

Beginning February 17, 2026, a Business Registration Number (such as EIN) will be required for all new toll-free SMS requests. Existing message types will remain verified but it is recommended that you update your business profiles with this information to avoid any delays in verification.
