AI-Powered Content Activation
AI-Powered Content Activation launches June 13āa major step forward in how we help clients understand their content, their audience, and how to activate both more effectively. This new capability uses AI to automatically analyze and tag content across a consistent set of categories, giving teams a fast, structured way to see what content is about, who itās for, and how to use itāno manual tagging required.
Tags are applied across multiple dimensions, including: Context, Tone, Objective, Customer Journey, Industry, IAB Taxonomy, Job Title, Product or Service, Keywords, Sentiment Score, and an AI-generated Summary. Clients can review and refine tags to improve accuracy over time, ensuring the system aligns with their taxonomy and content strategy.
Each night, Omeda scores audiences based on their recent engagement with specific tag values. At the same time, long-term interaction patterns are analyzed to calculate topic affinity. These scores group audiences into quartilesāfrom minimal to strongest engagementāmaking it easy to build high-performing segments in Audience Builder and activate them across email, SMS, onsite, and social channels.

Weāre excited to announce the launch of our native integration with CredSpark, now available directly within the Omeda platform! Improved Load Time for Audience Search Record View
To enhance performance and reduce initial load time, Audience Search no longer pre-loads data for the following sections: Email Opt In/Opt Outs, SMS Opt In/Opt Outs, Behaviors, Olytics, Units, and Alternate IDs. Instead, users can now click the hyperlinked āLoadā below each section header to load the data set on demand. This change ensures faster access to core record information while preserving access to detailed data as needed.

We've added Canadian Provinces to the Region field in Business Profile when create a new Message Type for SMS. This allows Business Profiles to properly add their Canadian address for SMS Message Type verification.
