Introducing the Subscription Log for Lifecycle Event Tracking
The Subscription Log provides users with a clear, chronological view of key events that have occurred throughout the lifecycle of a subscription. This includes actions such as address changes, the enabling or disabling of auto-renewal, and other key events. This feature improves transparency and simplifies troubleshooting by offering an easily accessible audit trail. It also provides flexibility for future enhancements, allowing additional activity types to be tracked as needed.

Manage Database
New Subscription Issue List Management Interface
We are introducing a Subscription Issue List accessible via Manage Database under the Products section and within the new Issue Close tab. This solves for the lack of direct visibility and control over subscription issues, reducing the need for support tickets. Users can now view all issues for a product—including name, description, key dates, and status—in a centralized table, and perform key actions like creating or editing issues, uploading issue lists, and recalculating paid subscription fields.
Users can now import up to 90 days of historical order data from the date a Shopify store is connected to Omeda. This includes all eligible order records going back three months, enabling users to start leveraging past customer behavior right away.
No need to wait for new orders to roll in. Users can launch targeted campaigns immediately and start creating personalized journeys, promotions, and automations as soon as the store is connected.
If a Shopify store has already been connected to Omeda, users can edit the store connection to enable this feature. This will pull in 90 days of orders prior to the connection date. For new connections, the sync begins from the moment the store is linked and goes back 90 days.
