Designer Templates

New Feature Alert! Designer Templates & Content Management App

We’re excited to announce the launch of Designer Templates, a powerful new feature that will dramatically speed up your content creation and help you maintain brand consistency across all your communications! Alongside this launch, we’re also introducing our new Content Management app, the new home for Hosted Content and Designer Templates.

What's New:

  • Introducing a new Content Management app that centralizes creative assets and designs.

  • Hosted Content has been moved from the Campaigns app to Content Management, making it easier to manage all your creative content in one place.

  • Designer Templates allow you to design and manage templates across multiple Omeda tools:

    • Email Builder – Email templates

    • Form Builder – Confirmation email templates

    • Personalizations & Meters – Consistent, branded designs

    • Odyssey (coming 12/12) – Email templates available in the next release

How It Works:

Designer Templates are built using our powerful Designer tool. You can:

  • Start from scratch with a blank canvas

  • Upload a design file you already have

  • Choose from 1,000+ professionally designed templates to jump-start your creative process

Why It Matters:
This new feature helps streamline design management, promote brand consistency, and speed up the creative process across multiple Omeda products.

Coming Soon:
In our next release (12/12), you’ll be able to use Designer Templates for emails in Odyssey, expanding your creative control even further.

Revaly (formerly known as FlexPay) Enterprise API Integration

Customers using Revaly’s payment retry services will now be able to sync via a direct API integration instead of needing to use the existing file drop integration. With Revaly’s Enterprise API flow, failed renewal payments are sent individually to Revaly for retry upon payment failure. This allows each card payment to be analyzed and retried automatically by Revaly at the optimal time after a renewal failure, rather than being retried all at once through batch file uploads.
