Omeda’s Hosted Content tool allows you to upload image files, enabling you to reference a hosted link in your Email deployments within Email Builder or Odyssey, as well as in Personalization or Metering modals.

  1. First, you should decide whether your image should be accessible across all databases within your company if multiple databases exist, or only within a specific database. For most users, the default settings should be used.

  2. You have the option to upload image files by either clicking on the box with the dotted outline located on the left side of the page to select your files or by simply dragging an image file into the designated box. The image files you wish to upload should be in jpg, jpeg, gif, png, or bmp format and must not exceed 2Mb in size.

  3. Click Submit Files to complete the upload.

  4. After upload, your file name and the new url will display in the Upload Results box. You can use this url in your Email Builder emails and more. If an error occurred on upload, you will see the error message instead of the hosted url.

Editing Hosted Content

To edit an existing Hosted Content item, simply follow the same steps as above, but your updated image should have the same name as the image you’d like to replace. in the Upload Results box just click Overwrite to the existing file.
