Agentic Audience Builder
Additional Compound Field Support
We've expanded the Agentic Audience Builder with support for three additional compound fields, allowing more complex audience criteria to be built using natural language:
Olytics – Build audiences based on web behaviors, such as pages visited or other tracked website activity. The agent can interpret the requested web behavior and apply the appropriate criteria to the audience.
Lead Scoring – Build audiences using lead scoring criteria, making it easier to identify and target audience members based on their lead score directly through the agent.
Data Science – Build audiences based on engagement levels, including overall engagement, email engagement, and web engagement. Users can ask for things like “highly engaged email readers” or “audience members with low web engagement,” and the agent applies the matching Data Science criteria.
With this additional support, users can bring more behavioral, scoring, and engagement data into their audiences without manually finding and configuring these compound fields.

The 2,000-character limit on the body of text-format email confirmations has been removed. Users can now include longer messages in text confirmations without them being cut off or rejected.
